Return Policy:

1. Broken Items:

  • Customers are required to promptly report any instances of damaged or broken items within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery.
  • Verifiable evidence of damage, including clear photographic documentation, is necessary for processing.
  • Upon validation, customers will be offered the choice between a replacement or a full refund.
  • Damages attributable to mishandling during transit or by the shipping carrier will be rectified with complimentary replacements.
  • Items damaged due to customer negligence or misuse are exempt from eligibility for return or refund.

2. Wrong Items Received:

  • Customers are expected to notify us within 72 hours of receiving an incorrect item.
  • Submission of comprehensive photographic evidence displaying the received item alongside the packing slip is mandatory.
  • Upon confirmation of the error, customers will be furnished with a prepaid return label to facilitate the return of the incorrect item.
  • Following receipt of the returned item, the correct item will be dispatched promptly.
  • In instances where the correct item is unavailable, customers will receive a full reimbursement.

3. Items Not Delivered:

  • Customers are obligated to report instances of non-delivery within 7 business days from the anticipated delivery date.
  • Proactive engagement in investigations with the shipping carrier will be initiated to ascertain the package's whereabouts.
  • In the event of confirmed loss or undeliverability, customers will be presented with the choice of a replacement or a full refund.
  • Expedited dispatch of replacements will be ensured where feasible; otherwise, refunds will be processed within 5 business days.

General Conditions:

  • All returned items must be restored to their original packaging and remain in an unused condition.
  • Refunds will be disbursed to the original payment method within 10 business days post-inspection of the returned item.
  • Customers bear responsibility for return shipping costs unless attributable to an error on our part.
  • We reserve the right to exercise discretion in refusing returns or refunds if the prescribed conditions are not met or if evidence of fraudulent activity is detected.
